Managed Long-Term Care Facility looking for a full time registered nurse to join their team as soon as possible doing UAS assessments

Full time case load shifts: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM

Responsibilities will include:

• Collect patient history and conduct medical assessments

• UAS documentation

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on patient assessment

• Provide safe and accurate administration of care in accordance with supervisor orders and nursing standards

• Fulfill clerical responsibilities such as sending/receiving patient medical records, obtaining reports, completing forms as needed, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, maintaining patient charts, etc.

• Clean and prepare instruments, equipment, and examination rooms according to department protocol

Qualifications

1+ years of nursing experience required

Certified NYS RN license required
